Quality Assurance is an ESSENTIAL part of consistently producing great results.

The American Society for Quality defines QA as:
"The planned and systematic activities implemented in a quality system so that quality requirements for a product or service will be fulfilled.”  The goal of QA is to assure that the products and services we deliver meet or exceed the demands of our customers.

Pre-Stocking Procedures:

1. Check cosmetic appearance
2. Open chassis and inspect all internal components
3. Check power supply and fan
4. Check interface card slots
5. Check flash and DRAM memory
6. Check firmware and software
7. Check power On/Off switch
8. Check power indicator lights
9. Check fan noise
10. Check console cable connectivity
11. Run System Test 1 to ensure no errors
12. Record flash, DRAM, NVRAM and shared memory sizes
13. Check firmware and software versions
14. Clean system board and fan assembly
15. Clean chassis exterior
16. Include rack mount kit and console cable
17. Include CD documentation
18. Input Serial #’s in database with description of condition
19. Custom package with System Test 1 results, and stock the unit.
