Bill spent the 90s as the President and CEO of TAOS - The SysAdmin Company, leading 1500%+ growth over a period of 9 years. TAOS provided over 1000 high-tech organizations with systems and network administration services. TAOS was one of the 3 companies documented in Gurus, Hired Guns and Warm Bodies, Stephen Barley's landmark study of the staffing business.

He came to the CEO role with the experience gained during ten years as the CFO of Sterling Federal Systems, a Federal and commercial contract software development organization. Bill has a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn.
